Who he is

  • Siddhant Baghel is a product designer and an Official Framer Expert, based in the Greater Delhi Area, India.

  • He designs, animates and codes production websites on his own: Framer code components and plugins, WebGL, Rive, motion and interaction, React.

  • He is most interested in UX research and psychology. His view: AI made design output abundant and intent scarce, so he designs to make people feel the intent behind a site again.

  • Open to remote roles (EU and US time zones) and to roles in Delhi NCR.

  • Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College (AKGEC), Ghaziabad, November 2022 to June 2026.

Experience

  • Motion Labs, Dubai: Product Designer (the founding product designer), April 2026 to present. Website, client portal and CRM, and the AI ad system.

  • RavenEdge, New Delhi: Lead Product Design, October 2025 to April 2026. The agency’s website, built end to end in Framer.

  • Blockchain Research Lab, Ghaziabad: Lead, March 2025 to July 2026.

  • Centre for Future Studies and Research, AKGEC: Coordinator, July 2024 to July 2026.

  • Team Footprints: Senior Coordinator, July 2023 to June 2026.

Case studies

  • Motion Labs: the website, client portal and AI ad system for an AI-native video agency in Dubai, designed and built solo. 40+ custom code components, a 14-screen client portal built inside Framer that the team uses as its CRM, and a system for 236 blog posts.

  • Raven Edge: the website for a full-stack product agency, built entirely from his own components, with WebGL, Rive and complete light and dark themes. Live at ravenedge.in.

  • The ten-day storefront: a 29-page website and store for a smartphone brand (client unnamed) in 10 days. Along the way he built Shopify CMS Sync, a free Framer plugin that syncs Shopify products into the Framer CMS.

  • Art is an instinct: self-initiated UX research on why art holds people who can’t make it, from cave art to AI, ending in a five-point intent checklist for designers.

  • Is your app urinally optimized?: self-initiated UX research on phone tab bars, which ends in one layout rule backed by vision science.

  • The job application machine: an n8n workflow that researches a company, tailors a resume and cover letter to it, scores the result against an ATS check (92 or above to pass) and retries until it passes, for about ₹6 to 8 per application.

Side projects

  • Finance app: an Android app that shows how much he can spend today, built with Kotlin, Google AI Studio and Claude.

  • The Future Jobs: a Studio Ghibli–inspired redesign of a job board, built in Framer. Live at thefuturejobs.in.

  • Framer template: a complete scroll-driven template set in a hall of classical statues.

  • Figma files: client work for Krish Carbons, Itheum, Libitzky, Law Navigator and Dropby.

  • Law Navigator (NaviLaw): the interface for an AI legal research tool, designed with his team for Smart India Hackathon 2024.

  • Rive: the painted character on his portfolio’s first screen, animated in Rive.

  • Florasphere: his first app (2023), online stores for offline flower vendors, in Hindi and English.

  • College exam portal: a light, minimal exam portal built for his college’s Tech Society by the lab he led.

AI expertise

  • AI image generation: he art-directs AI imagery for brands. At Motion Labs he wrote the rulebook the team uses to keep AI-generated ads on brand in Gemini and ChatGPT: nine visual styles, 14 recurring concepts, and the exact fixes for the usual failures. The imagery on this portfolio and for the ten-day storefront was generated with AI and edited by hand.

  • AI video generation: he generates and edits AI video, including the animated painted scenes on this portfolio, keeping one consistent hand-painted style across shots.

  • AI-assisted coding (vibe coding): he ships production code with AI as his pair programmer. The Motion Labs client portal and 40+ code components were written with Claude; his finance app is a full Android app in Kotlin built with Google AI Studio and Claude, with almost none of it typed by hand.

  • AI workflows and agents: he builds multi-model workflows, such as an n8n pipeline where Gemini researches a company and scores the result, Claude Sonnet writes, and a self-check loop sends weak drafts back before anything reaches him.

  • How he uses AI: as a fast first draft across design, images, video and code, with the decisions kept human. His view is that AI makes output cheap, so the intent behind the work has to come from the person.

Numbers he reports

  • 16,000,000 px of assets designed.

  • 1,500+ hours in Figma and Framer.
